The GSDE is aimed at prospective PhD researchers from all disciplines who wish to pursue their doctorate as part of a structured, interdisciplinary doctoral program in the field of digital education research. The following individuals are eligible to apply:
- Doctoral students from all faculties of the University of Bern, as well as doctoral students from the PHBern and the BFH, who are enrolled at the University of Bern, as regular members.
- Doctoral students from the PHBern and the BFH who are enrolled at a different university in Switzerland or abroad, as associate members.
Before applying to the GSDE, interested parties need to find a supervisor at the University of Bern (or at PHBern or BFH in the case of associate members). The GSDE office is happy to help interested parties to find supervisors. Please contact the coordinator, Dr. Tobias Schwörer, with your project ideas.
